It is set in stone it appears, unless one gets and dies of the CV or some other age related malady that they are both at risk for. Not sure what to say. Here we face a very difficult situation that many would say is the most significant since WWII. They are both very accomplished men, but they both have their flaws and it might be that Biden is not the man he was (and when he was that man we did not want him as president). Lucky us.
