Do we recruit globally in hoops?

We need to have a contingent of global recruiters. There are so many young ballers, both men and women, in Africa and Latin America. Mexico has a 6'8" kid who is a Junior in high school dominating hoops down there. He would be the type of kid that would be a stud at UT. Nigeria has talent galore. We need to get Royal Ivey on our staff. He's connected.
