I actually think it hurts Trump. He would have been better off with them not playing while the South played - emotions would have been higher. Six weeks from now this won’t be an issue people vote on. Since I think most of these Democrat politicians (governors and by extension university presidents) are making political decisions with regard to Covid, I think they inadvertently just helped themselves by allowing the Big 10 to play.
