He wasn’t ready to be a HC, I think he would eventually be a good HC, he needs a few years working for an experienced HC.

I completely agree. However, I think that in Kingbury's mind, he's a HC and no longer an offensive assistant. He could use more time learning from under a top tier HC, IMO.
