Congress will lose this battle. Neal has spent years advocating the public release of Trump’s returns only to say that he needs them for legislative purposes when he became chairman. DOJ isn’t buying it and neither will the courts. They called BS on his motives and back it up with many statements and letters from Democrats on the committee. We all know that they want to make them public and would if they ever got hold of them.
