Giuliani is following the classic Trump model of sticking his foot in his mouth in an effort to win the PR battle for his court case.
The defamatory case against him is currently in the damages stage where the court will decided how much Giuliani owes Ruby Freeman and her daughter.
Outside the courthouse, he told reporters that what he said about those two were true...even though he never offered evidence in his case to support his claims...and essentially admitted to the court that his claims were not true.
So the judge was incredulous with Giuliani's lawyer this morning...and warned Giuliani that he's making NEW defamatory statements that he could be sued over AGAIN.
But hey...in Trump world...all that matters is the PR battle amiright? Courts be damned.
