UPDATE: I’m blown away by the support offered by people on here. I have had a few people in their area offer their spare bedrooms and one kind soul offer to drive from a couple hours away to lend them an AC unit and generator! My folks are doing ok for the moment. They are also very touched by the kind individuals who reached out.

Hey Orangebloods family - my elderly parents are stuck in sugar land without power (like so many others). I live in Florida and have desperately been trying to book a hotel for them to get them out of the heat. I can’t find anything.
