I have family in the San Antonio area who was party to a legal settlement and needs help with the tax and legal implications of structuring this. It could involve guardianship, intra-family loan, tax deferred annuities and other assorted instruments. They don't need investment allocation help per se, they need help knowing what can and cannot be done from a legal and IRS standpoint. Any help appreciated.
