VA Warns Congress that Benefits Payments Are at Risk Due to Projected $15 Billion Budget Shortfall
The VA said it is working with the White House and Congress to address the budget shortfalls in a way that doesn't harm veterans.
Once again, our leadership has proven themselves unworthy of the checks they cash. What the govt/VA lack in accountability and oversight, they make up for in inefficiencies and red tape. I hope heads roll for such gross miscalculations. Disabled veterans, and their dependents, should be the last people worried about if their govt has their back.
Just my $.02.
