Please have my buddy Jimmy in your prayers. Jimmy was my classmate at UT and we both moved up to NYC when we graduated in 1998. He is the most caring and passionate Longhorn.
Three years ago, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer and went to treatment. He was in remission after a year of treatment, but this past December, they found another tumor. He went into another set of treatments, but last month, it has spread to his spine. Today, he checked in at hospice.
I’m on a flight to NYC this morning to try to see him, but he might be too weak to take visitors.
