As much as MAGA is foaming at the mouth at the idea of Obama and/or his admin getting nailed to the wall once the Durham investigation is out, the reality is that it’s really not on the minds of undecided voters…average, undecided voters don’t even know what the Durham Report is—they’re focused on their own economic and health safety in the middle of the pandemic and resulting unprecedented levels of unemployment.
Of course, Durham could find no wrongdoing, but even if there is something untoward disclosed, its political utility would simply be to feed a loyal MAGA base that’s already in the bank for Trump. Spray your shorts all you want at the investigation’s findings, but understand that it’s number 99 on the top 100 things average Americans are caring about in the run-up to the election.
