I think this case is going away. The case wasn't even continued for a future sentencing date. It is being delayed indefinitely.

“Due to the status of the Special Counsel’s investigation, the parties do not believe that this matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time,” the document, signed by Mueller and Flynn attorneys Robert Kelner and Stephen Anthony, said.

The government has apparently handed over Brady material to the defense.

And on Wednesday, Flynn's team filed a protective order "governing the production of discovery."

If it is determined that the evidence was exculpatory (Brady), and was not given to the defense prior to the plea, the new judge will have no choice to withdraw the plea upon a defense motion.

Something tells me that Comey's testimony in closed door session to the Intelligence Committee was not revealed to Flynn's defense team. Nor does it appear were the internal findings by the agents that interviewed him.
