Maybe, maybe not but it sure seemed like it. At the end of the day, we didn't capitalize on multiple redzone attempts against a top team. I think the biggest loss of the game was 3qtrs of experience vs top talent for Ewers.

Card did everything he could and almost pulled it off. I'm sure he'll excell at SMU next year and I hope he does speed up his processing because that's what has held him back.

I think Gilbert is a free agent right now. I believe his practice squad eligibility is up.

It's not a knock on him. He's graduating this year and will have eligibility as a grad transfer. If he wants a shot at the next level, it would the smartest move.
I only said SMU because they've been picking up our transfers and doing well with them. It could be anywhere tbh.
