I have a 22 KW Generac Whole Home generator. Until today, it has worked like a charm. This morning it kicked on when the storm came through and was fine for a couple of hours but then locked out my two A/C units (Gen Load Lockout). So now everything in the house is powered except the A/C units. The compressor fans run but not the condensers. This has never happened before. Reached out to the seller (Generators of Houston) and can’t get in touch with anyone (phone call, email etc). I was hoping there was some way to reset it.
