Some states are already moving to shut down charter schools. It's a ploy to get kids BACK into public schools so the schools can get more federal funding. Many superintendents have hated the idea of charter/private schools because it robs them of federal funds that they want---- and can embezzle--- I'm looking at you Corpus Christi ISD.

The superintendent can hire a foxier secretary.
