I am in a keeper league where we keep 3 players each. We had 2 guys drop out from last year and 2 new guys join. In order for the new guys to get a chance to pick some keepers the commish is saying that we have to get our keepers in now and will be releasing the players not kept plus the 2 full rosters from the old guys into a pool for the new guys to pick 3 players from.
My position is that it puts everyone else in the league at a disadvantage because we are limited to only the players on our rosters to choose keepers from, where the 2 new guys get to pick from every player not kept. I think that the 2 new guys should draw straws to determine which old roster they inherit and pick 3 keepers from those teams.
