Republicans are so good at coming up with baseless conspiracies that they've convinced themselves that these conspiracies will stand up in a court of law where lawyers are under oath to tell the truth and firm evidence must be presented to back up those theories.
For example, when Rudy tried a case after the 2020 election in Pennslyvania, he said this outside the court.
“The best description of this situation is widespread, nationwide voter fraud, of which this is a part... This is not an isolated case, this is a case that is repeated in at least 10 other jurisdictions,” Giuliani said, without citing any evidence.
However, in court, here's a recording of him saying the exact opposite to the judge.
So I know Republicans think there's a smorgasbord of Democrat crimes they can go after based on what their media has been telling them. But they will find out the hard way those conspiracies have nothing of substance to back them up.
