Nah not detestable............but it was definitely a shot. Not sure you want to get into a pissing match with people after one win when you lost to two teams you should have beat soundly and one team you barely beat. Now he comes out and puts a whoopin' on WV then he can get a little cocky..............
Oh he's detestable. We can whip out the laundry list of embarrassing moments if need be.
I say next loss will be his last hopefully. Tired of the penalties and inconsistencies week after week

Jeff Howe put up the startling statistic that Herman is 20 - 0 anytime (in his head coaching career) when he has had 40 or more running plays. If I was a coach and if someone showed me that stat I might....just might be inclined to try and get those 40 running plays in. Somehow!

Nothing happens during November due to contract buyout $$. Unless something crazy goes down, it's business as usual until Dec at the earliest.
I have no inside info, but my take is that it didn’t seal the deal that he gets another year, but it made it possible for him to save his job. I think he has to win out though
Herman needs to leave, now. Tired of his act and his bs. He did not appreciate our traditions or care to even understand our traditions and loyalty. I would rather have a coach who actually cared about our past, fans, and traditions. I would make a test for the players on our traditions, like how did Bevo get his name and what year was it, etc. Instead we get Coach Mensa who flips off other teams and thinks he is smarter than everyone. If he is so smart, then why did he have to fire Assistant Coaches only after his 3rd year here?
Remember back when we he was hired, maybe 2 or 3 months in, he said on camera that he hadn’t watched any of the previous season’s film. I remember thinking “he’s either lying or we are in big trouble.”
Oh he’s continued to say crap like that. I remember a couple years ago he claimed the week before the OU game he didn’t even know who we played next week. I’ve said for awhile. He’s not a football coach. He’s a guy playing football coach.
Giving the team today off so they can go vote. The rights to vote should be revoked for Herb and his OLine. They should spend the day having every stunt/blitz/twist under the sun thrown at them over and over and over.
I believe the NCAA mandated that there be no team activities today so that all can go vote.
