Home Warranty Recommendations?

With the blazing Texas summers I worry about our 13 year old AC units running all the time.

I would appreciate input on the best Home Warranty options and ones to avoid etc.

I would pay $50 a month or so for the piece of mind in case a 10k unit conks out.
