We have been overseas for three years but will be returning to Houston in late July to Bellaire. We have an older house that has been remodeled to an extent, but with three growing daughters, it's still going to be a bit cramped. Thinking about adding on to the house or rebuilding on the lot, as it is a pretty decent-sized lot. Cost is obviously a major concern but we want someone reputable, reasonable, etc., who won't rip us off.
