Houston vs Louisville tonight

I hope so!
I don't have any inside info but my theory is there is a section of the BMD that is obsessed with Herrman(largely because he's in state). Then you have the folks who aren't sold on Herrman who would just assume stay the course mostly due to lack of options. This will chsnge some minds.

If Houston pulls this off don't over inflate this win. Weird things happen late in the season on the road on Thursday Nights. OSU lost to Iowa State and it cost them the chance at a national championship. Although that wasn't quite the ass kicking this turned into.
That's true but they've also beat Florsia State and OU in the last calendar year.

Does this sound about right?
1. UH starts in top10, beats #3 OU.
2. UH enter playoff picture and Ward gets Heisman attention.
3. UH starts 5-0, with average margin of victory of 33.
4. USC\LSU\UT stumble early on, and Les Miles get fired.
5. Rampant speculation on Herman and his suitors, contemplating offers.
6. Herman basically quits on Coogs, Coogs quit on him.
7. Next 5 games UH goes 3-2 with average margin of win 9 pts.
8. Herman stock goes down, and LSU\USC jobs appear to have solidifed.
9. Herman realizes it's either UT, if anywhere, or back to Coogs.
10. Herman rallies Coogs, Coogs rally around him, open up 31-0 lead on #6 UL on national TV.

I like Herman, but it seems he quit on a team that had legitimate playoff hopes, which is bizarre. Losses to Navy\SMU ???

Houston better tighten their game or they may squander their lead. Louisville has moved the ball these last 2 drives but the fumble sure doesn't help them.

Was going to say the same thing. They got too big a lead and now are not doing what got them that lead in the first half. Not a fan of the play calling the second half.

Are you a writer?

Herman on the radio today said the team was the healthiest since OU. Ed Oliver stands out in the big games. I lied on Soonerscoop a few minutes ago I didn't intend to short you guys. I'm sure some prick will call me out for my mistake over there. Any fans who's ego's rely on a football team are lame. That's whiners priorities and they ain't satisfied.

It just came to me after my last post. Those that are left have a couple of posters who you guys have planted over there. I saw you guys had a troll over lately. The National Champions were winning them a natty. Natty Nat you all.

You know I wasn't all that serious when I posted that Houston would beat LV. Like I said I was just having fun. You know people across the country overreacted when Houston lost two games. The first game they lost was to Navy. Surely you guys have noticed that the Naval Academy has an outstanding fb program. They usually win at least 9 games every year and they always seem to be in a bowl game. I can't spell his last name but he is a top notch coach. They beat Notre Dame again this year. And as for SMU they have a chance to finish 7/5. It was the win that second year coach Chad Morris needed to jump start SMU fb. CM just may get the job done at SMU.

One last thing. I've never had an opinion on the Houston Cougars one way or the other. But knowing that that a*****e Petrino's team got a beat down on national tv made me smile. And the Houston cougars were responsible for it. No playoffs you this year buddy. No NYS bowl either. Good.

Moses isn't a troll, his style is to do a lot of crying and whining. I compare him to more of a teenage girl. Anyways i can honestly say I was shocked to see Houston handle Louisville like that. This is going to be an interesting end of the season to see who ends up in the final 4

Outhere is Jackson still the front runner in your opinion?

IF Deshaun Watson has a strong finish the Heisman is his for the taking. Don't forget he outplayed Jackson in their head to head match up. But in the words of Dennis Miller "that's just my opinion I could be wrong" :)

I think so, but barely. It's time for Strong\Gilbert to force feed Donta Freeman 40+ carries against Kansas. Take a shot Perine's single game record, and sway as many votes as possible.

I don't see Louisville being unfocused, because they have to have a complete beatdown of everyone else on their roster, but I can definitely see Houston getting amped for this game. This is the last important game of the season for Houston and they could really screw Louisville in the process
Pretty accurate description of the game, except Louisville might be classified as unfocused.

Would you like your crow salted or unsalted? Its ok,if I tired to make a living betting point spreads on college games I could not buy a tent. Better Luck next time.
Yeah, I was completely wrong on that one.

The only chance of that happening is if he gets a lot of yardage early in the 1st and 2nd quarters and then 1-2 break away runs in the 3rd. He will be pulled in the 4th if he has 300 IMO.

Well I was dead wrong. Flip the script and that's exactly how I thought Louisville would treat UH. Congrats to them for out playing them and out coaching the #5 team in the nation.

Teams/Coaches have bad games, it looks like Herman got his team focused again and they bounced back in a huge way. Herman did not look lost on the sideline last night and his team did not make a bunch of mistakes, or personal fouls. That is what I want to see from a coach.
