My son plays baseball. Back in late August he was at a baseball camp at Pepperdine. Playing 2B he went for a pop-up behind 1st and had to dive to catch it (he caught it) but when he landed his head snapped into the ground hard. Fast forward 3.5 months after concussion and post concussion syndrome, his neurologist cleared him with a full body of health on Dec 10th. Unfortunately, having gone from 4-5 workouts a week to not allowed to do anything except for light walking for 3 months, he has gained some weight.

Anyone got a good plan for a 16 year old? He is back to a couple of workouts a week and that will increase next week.

By the way - defining a workout as S&C sessions and hitting lessons. Does not include after school practices.
