Looks like A&M will host the first big meet of the spring(???). If the seeded times are anywhere near accurate, it will be amazing. There are 10 sprinters whose best are under 10.5 including freshman Dillon McGee from CE King. The top time is 10.11 by Jayden Finley who just transferred to Duncanville joining Brayden Williams who has a best of 10.16. Braylon Davis, a soph from Waxahachie comes in with the best 200 time, 20.47. Kendrick Jones from Lake Belton has concentrated on the short sprints in the past but has now moved up to the 400 and has run 45.66 (10.43, 20.57 and 23'2 LJ). Swayde Griffith, Cedrc's son, has the top time in the 110s 13.68. Duncanville submitted the top time in the 4x100, 39.47, but 9 other teams submitted times under 41.00 including Randle anchored by Landen Williams-Callies. Duncanville also submitted the best time in the 4x200, 1:22.25. Shadow Creek anchored by UT commit Chris Stewart is also in the field. 4 4x400 teams submitted times better than 3:15 led by Klein Forest 3:12.08. Eight shot putters have topped 56' led by Adam Carter's 62'1". Two throwers, Carter who has a toss of 193' with the discus and Tyler "Grant Conroe Grand Oaks 192'5" appear to be the class of the field. I'm sure the weather will greatly hamper performances, but it will be fun to watch what happens in such a loaded field.
