When 3 people are killed in North Carolina, he worries aloud about the deliberate targeting of Muslims even though there has not been any evidence that it occurred in this case. When a Jewish Deli is attacked and 4 Jews are killed by a Muslim, it is "random" violence. When 21 Christians re beheaded by ISIS-affiliated militia, his State Department makes no mention of the common religion of the victims. I just don't understand.
