In today's interview with Fox News he asked for help in what to re-name Ft. Bragg.
“Go to that community where Fort Bragg is, in a great state, I love that state, go to the community, say how do you like the idea of renaming Fort Bragg, and then what are we going to name it?”
“We’re going to name it after the Reverend Al Sharpton?” Trump said to Fox correspondent Chris Wallace. “What are you going to name it, Chris, tell me what you’re going to name it?”
Was Reverend Al Sharpton the only black person he could think of at the time? How about Ft. Joel? Born in North Carolina, Lawrence Joel was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in 1968. He was the first living black American to receive the Medal of Honor since the Spanish American War.
