Meh… Ohio St is missing their best 2 Oline men . They have not been able to run the ball well until the playoffs. ( used the pass to set up some long runs)
And… they absolutely haven’t played a defense like Texas has.
We’re gonna have to roll the dice, but this oline can be had.

Most QB's will make mistakes once you start hitting them. However, Howard has only been sacked 10 times this season and half of those came in 2 games in the middle of the season. And he's only been sacked twice in the last 6 games.

Kinda sorta disagree here, our Defense is gonna have to play lights out. Offense has to score obviously. If we can’t get enough pressure to force some three and outs and get them off the field we are NOT gonna outscore them. ✌🏼

I guess my point is that it’s unrealistic to believe our D will hold them under 20. But they will play good enough for us to win. At some point it’s on the offense.

One thing that has been successful in the past but hasn’t been utilized as much this season is passing to the running backs. Wisner and Blue are more than capable of breaking some long ones. Sark needs to come with his A game in play calling.

He’s not elite but very experienced and not likely to rattle. But smacking him around still possible and desirable. Must not give him time to make all his reads nor for receivers to work themselves open.

The OSU offense and defense are hitting on all cylinders right now as is the Texas defense. We need the Texas offense to join in.

I can understand that thanks for clarifying and I do agree, the defense can’t do it all. As I’ve mentioned before, and we actually are saying the same thing just differently, the offense HAS TO SUSTAIN DRIVES and come away with points even if we can only manage a field goal. OSU can be had, we’ve been underdogs before and actually stepped up aside from the damn GA games! Have t be disciplined and limit penalties and turnovers and we can play with anyone! 👊🤨
