If Texas finishes 8-4, will RECRUITING kick in like 2016?

The only reason recruiting hasn't kicked in is because of the uncertainty surrounding Strong. If he's the head coach and put up a solid season he will recruit just fine.

lol tx is probably going to be bowl ineligible for the 2nd straight year. No big deal. They'll be lucky to make it to 6-6, but 5-7 is more likely . They can easily lose to ttech, tcu and wvu. pressure is one to beat kansas tho!

OSU isn't on the level of Texas I will give you that. I mainly meant major programs though. You think LSU or USC boosters are all squared away right now?
