Pulled the trigger last minute and made the trip to the game. We walked around campus and did plenty of day drinking at local bars today and even after going out tonight it’s just weird at how apathetic their fans are. Don’t get me wrong, they’re good fans and generally respectable but it almost takes away from the fun of away games where you at least get a few a holes giving you the horns down. Almost every fan I talk to have said they think they’re going to get beat. Just a really weird vibe for the defending national champs.
Edit: I also wonder… is this how people think of Texas when they come to Austin for games? I’ve always heard of a strong comparison between Michigan and Texas fans.
