excuse my MATF-like, early A. M. posting.. I woke up early and cant get back to bed
I wanted to ask the board to help me expose the lefts contradictory positions in hopes we can convert 1 fence sitting Independent or center Left person , at least to Libertarian or center Right simply by showing the contradictory nature of the left (in fairness the Republicans have some too...but just not as glaring)
I came up with 6 so please Conservatives chime in quickly before the Lefties come and avoid the question and change the subject to an unrelated, diversionary point
1. Liberals are pro abortion but anti capital punishment ( so kill an infant but leave a hardened murderer alive)
2. Liberals are pro immigration and pro minimum wage increase ( do they not understand simple economics?)
3. Liberals are suspicious of big companies and individuals with too much money and power but cant give their big Government enough of the very same thing.
4. Liberals historically are huge advocates of free speech, assembly and ideas but large factions of
their base violently protest the Conservatives right to do the same
5. Liberals are famous for victimizing minorities citing equal opportunities ( if not equal results) but vote against school choice every time it comes up for a vote plus the unregulated illegal immigration takes jobs Americans could have
6. Liberals want to give more "free stuff" to people who haven't earned anything and pay no taxes yet condemn "rich" people for paying dividend/investment taxes(15%) for actually doing something that helps the economy
