International Tax Question

My partners and I are working on a project in the Bahamas that will generate a fair amount of offshore income. We would like to have a consultation with a US based accountant that has heavy international experience to figure out the best way to shield as much income from US tax without doing anything that would get us sideways with Uncle Sam. Anyone have some names they can reccommend?
