After the 2012 election, Barack Obama said he had nothing to do with our departure from Iraq. The departure was arranged by George W. Bush.
Besides, we had to exit because there was no Status of Forces agreement.
How is it that we are deploying personnel to Iraq now, without a Status of Forces agreement? I have a family friend who is getting close to deployment time. He thinks he is going to Iraq.
