Dak has been in the NFL for a total of 10 regular season games. He has gotten better and better each week. He has been player that has made big plays to help win games. He has orchestrated dramatic come from behind victories multiple times this season both at home and on the road. He has been the man under center for the longest winning streak in the history of a team that has multiple HOF QB's & RB's with 8 NFC championships and 5 Super Bowl Championships.

But the Cowboy's are primarily a running team right? Actually they have one of the all time great balanced offenses that is almost exactly 50% run and 50% pass. To break it down in numbers, the Cowboys have run 333 rush plays and 318 pass plays. But even at that the all time rookie QB stats should be owned by a QB that was in a primary passing offense. But that's not the case, Dak is on course to own almost every single rookie QB record in the books. Below is a list of the all time Rookie leaders with a minimum of 8 starts (Dak's numbers are projections based on his first 10 games):

Dak is on pace to be 1st or 2nd in every single category. No other QB is even in every single category much less 1st or 2nd. Ben Roethlisberger and Russell Wilson are the two QB's that have had the greatest QB seasons of all time leading up to Dak. Both of those QB's played behind good offensive lines with good running backs. Big Ben played with Deuce Staley and Jerome Bettis while Russell Wilson played with Marshawn Lynch. Both of those two teams lost in their conference championship games and went to the Super Bowl the following seasons.

So... is Dak Prescott having the best rookie season of all time? I say the answer is an easy yes.
