Oklahoma had a nice little run where it felt like they always came in confident knowing that they were the better team and it didn’t matter how hyped up we were, there was an ass kicking in store.
The tables have turned my friends. Don’t be fooled by the false confidence coming from north of the Red River. That team is not built to hang with ours. Forget about the “anything can happen in this game” narrative that is being pushed by some. Anything can technically happen, yes… But all that’s GOING to happen this weekend is a show of pure force and domination from the Texas Longhorns. This Oklahoma team is not like OU teams of the past. We get them down early and they will fold. If not for a Superman-like performance from one of the best college QBs we’ve seen in the sport over the last couple decades this OU team would be walking into this game riding two straight ass kickings from THE University of Texas.
It’s time for this timid “ahhh I’m just so scared we might lose” attitude to be put to rest. We are the better team BY FAR and we are going to put that on display for America to see.
