In my opinion it’s 70% the talent you recruit and 30% the coaches you have.

I believe at this point the difference between coaching at all the top programs is pretty much negligible. Moreover, as the season gets extended with playoff expansion I think we are now almost always going to see the team with the most talented roster win everything as there are more second chances for teams.

In summation: Jimmies and joes not Xs and Os.
