Is this fool going to present his case for impeachment or is he going to go on with a four hour civics lesson. All this tripe about the framer's intent and how that plays to his case is a colossal waste of time. But I guess its true that if you can't dazzle them with brilliance then just try to baffle them with bullshit. If you have a case just present it. If you don't then rattle on for hours about nothing.
