Job Search Advice Needed

I have 20+ years of experience as a project and program manager in the banking and finance space and am searching for a new role. I stay on linked in daily and post for several jobs every week, but leads seem to be drying up right now. I’ve also loaded my resume to zip recruiter and follow leads from there regularly. I try Indeed but it’s search functions are worthless.

Any pointers for a guy needing to land a gig?
