My best friend and his wife both work for JP and got the news today that they are going back to 5 day in office work weeks. They have both been hybrid since “covid”, and this news absolutely sucks for them with 3 young boys. As my role of EVP Business Development for a large Dallas based Sub Contractor, this is something that I personally could never wrap my head around. The life of golf, travel, lunches, dinners, 2 days in office max per week is definitely a very awesome perk that I have.
I guess I don’t really understand the reasoning or how the banking business works and why or if this 5 day in office thing is beneficial or not?? Would love to hear any thoughts.
