My daughter (13) is a strong volleyball player who wants to really up her game. One area I think she could improve is in her vertical. We have started a body weight vertical training that we found on YouTube (I’m doing it with her for a fun dad/ daughter activity), but could use some guidance. I would like to avoid/minimize weight training until she is older but I could use any advice available. I know there is a ton of expertise on this site, so anyone willing I could use some help.
She asked me to build her jump boxes, and I’m sure I could make that happen, but unsure if that is appropriate for this stage.
