I understand there are costs that prevent it, but how might it change things if there were JV teams in college?
Would early playing time work different?
Would recruiting look different, as you'd have to say if a player is recruited for V or JV?
Would transferring look different, say if a player couldn't make varsity by his senior year?
How would nil change?
Would this level the field by causing players to seek out teams that want them for varsity? Or placate impatient players?
Would you watch or go to JV games?
Could they make tv money?
