I know it is not in the DNA of OB members but regardless of who the new coach why don’t we try to get behind the guy and support him fully. I see multiple posts of who the new coach should and shouldn’t hire. I see multiple posts of what his priorities and requirements should be.
As a proud old alum, I don’t give a damn who we hire. I just want wins. And, it is lot easier to get W’s when everyone pulls in the same direction.
I imagine the new coach will know recruiting is kind of important. I imagine he will know player development , including OLinemen, is a fairly important priority. In order to accomplish W’s I imagine he will hire assistants that he believes will help get the job done.
I am going to give the guy the benefit of the doubt regardless to start. I just hope the admin can lessen his LHN duties so his focus can be football.
