I heard today that Alabama regularly doles out a few hundred offers just to get guys into their camps. Can you, very simply, explain what the difference is between a commitable offer and a non-committable offer? Like, if I’m a recruit do they actually say to me, we are offering you but you can’t commit? And if so what the hell are they offering? What’s the offer!? So confused
