Greetings gentlemen.
As you know, I love this place and appreciate everything you both (and others) do around here to make it my home away from home, of sorts.
I continue to have Rivals issues though and cannot seem to straighten it out. Periodically I try and it never gets anywhere. I’ve reached out to both of you before about this in the past but we couldn’t figure it out and I just let it go.
I got my annual auto billing email today, and while I’d never cancel, it would be sure nice to get my issues resolved once and for all.
I can’t DM you…part of the problem. Can you let me know the best way to actually speak to you, briefly? I won’t be a pain, just want to see if you can help me. Rivals support cannot. Or won’t. Or doesn’t care. They just kept trying to get me to cancel. lol. As a 20+ yr veteran of OB, I finally feel like I belong!
