Both of my knees and my lower back have been hurting for a couple of months. Back not so much. After sitting for a while, I have a lot of pain in both kness when I get up and start to walk, but goes away after a few steps. They hurt a little while I am on a walk. Today I twisted my left knee getting into my truck and could not walk on it for 10-15 minutes. It slowly got better.
Any ideas...Osteoarthritis is what I'm thinking, but my wife thinks I should go see an Orthopedic Surgeon.
