I am trying to decide between a regular offset style offset smoker or a Komodo Joe. And it’s the series 1 as my bitches are not taking it in like normal, and Lowe’s has it on sale currently.
They seem to be so very different and I am not aware of the intricacies of the Komodo Joe.
Any help or insights would be appreciated.
