I would like universal healthcare to a certain degree but it must be quality care and stay private. The VA is a great example of what government run businesses look like and we can all agree we don’t want that. That said, this is a really important and really complex issue that I can’t get very deep into without my head spinning. So for those with some insight, what does an efficient privatized socialist healthcare system look like?
And we better get serious about mental health and quick. I think we are just starting to see the impact technology (smartphones, internet, social media…etc) is having on us and for all the good they have done there are serious unintended consequences needing to be understood and addressed ASAP.
