Let me get this straight, when the going got tough the BMDs tucked their sacks back and gave up

There was one obvious choice in Urban Meyer and if he didn't work out everyone knew there was no obvious plan b. When the going got tough instead of rolling up their sleeves and committing to save a sinking ship they bailed because it was beyond their competencies to lead a coaching search that didn't involve Urban Meyer.

It's too hard now. BMDs are out.

When it was easy they're all-in and we heard all the insider reports praising a new generation of BMDs who are are different than the Red Banquet jokers....no, no no, these new BMDs were aligned and doing things the right way!!! Just trust the process. Then the going got tough and they tucked their sacks back, they got on their private planes and they went home.
