Memory care facilities in Houston

My mom has Alzheimers, but has lived in an independent living facility for 7 years. Her decline is becoming more noticeable, even to her, and so I am looking into memory care places. I am looking for feedback on any places, but specifically interested in anyone familiar with Belmont Village at Hunters Creek or Farrington at Tanglewood. Thanks
