Michael Taaffe made 2nd team All American. He is a great college football player. The NFL sites I use have him as the 33rd safety in the draft. While admitting great production, he is knocked for slight stature and only good not plus speed. Likely either UDFA or a late, late pick. So why wouldn't he return to Texas next year? We can give decent NIL to a 2nd team AA. Yet he went through senior day.
