First of all, I am a dumb fvck. I booked my flight into Detroit in March and thought I booked the hotel the same day. Turns out I did not. So I called up the Holiday Inn Express I was looking at back then. They told me they were sold out, but they said the nearest vacancy they saw was around 70 miles away (guessing Detroit). Then she says, oh wait we have one room left at $880 a night - $1,000 with taxes. So I might be the only guy ever to stay in a Holiday Inn for a grand a night.
The good news, everybody I talked to said the Texas folks were crazy booking rooms. See you there, and hoping for a 2005 OSU result. Hook'Em!
