Republicans are getting desperate if they think they can sue other states over policies they don't like. The same thing happened in 2020 when the Texas AG sued Pennsylvania because PA changed their electoral processes in the months leading up to the election.
States suing other states is indeed a very slippery slope. Do red states really want to invite California and New York to sue red states over gun policy? Or sue them over abortion policies?
